Mr. Hannaman holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He began his career at ConocoPhillips, serving as the primary Production Engineer in the Eagle Ford, where he played a key role in the field’s transition from appraisal to full-field development. He was responsible for well and artificial lift design and helped shape the field’s surface infrastructure strategy. As his career progressed, Mr. Hannaman moved into leadership roles in Integrated Operations, focusing on business process improvements and big data analytics. He later relocated to Billings, MT, to lead a similar initiative for the Bakken asset, where he managed the Bakken Operations Center. His team was responsible for well performance optimization, field alarm management, and artificial lift optimization.
In 2018, Mr. Hannaman founded JH Engineering with a vision to be closer to the action and build deep, lasting relationships in the industry. He enjoys the challenges and excitement of helping others tackle their challenges and pursue their dreams. Under his leadership, JH has grown into a trusted industry partner, known for delivering efficient, transparent, and results-driven solutions. Mr. Hannaman built a handpicked team that embodies JH’s core values of extreme ownership, ultra transparent, and crazy efficient.
Mrs. Orth holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University. She began her career as a Facilities Engineer in the Permian Basin with ConocoPhillips, where she managed maintenance projects and infrastructure development. She later relocated to Billings, Montana, to support the company’s Bakken program, where she played a key role in designing ConocoPhillips’ first bulk and test separation site in the region. As her career progressed, Mrs. Orth transitioned into the role of Development Engineer, providing critical facilities guidance for long-term development planning and strategy execution. Under her leadership, a multidisciplinary team successfully implemented gas lift systems for Bakken wells, even in complex ownership structures.
Mrs. Orth joined JH in 2019, bringing her extensive industry expertise and leadership skills to the team. Since then, she has led numerous projects and full-field developments, overseeing facilities that have brought hundreds of wells online. Her team has managed production facilities, SWDs, pipelines, and compressor stations, with a particular focus on the Permian Basin, including both the Delaware and Midland sub-basins.
As a leader at JH, Mrs. Orth ensures that all engineering designs are safe, compliant, and efficient. She is committed to fostering a culture of accountability and transparency, with a focus on helping both JH and its clients achieve their goals.
Mr. Littlepage began his career in industrial construction as a roustabout with Chinn Exploration building conventional production batteries. Later, he founded Journey Oilfield Supply, a company providing supplies to the industrial sector. Mr. Littlepage then went on to provide oversight as an Inspector/Coordinator for some of the largest companies in the industry, including Marathon Petroleum, Kinder Morgan, and Momentum Midstream. He was involved with and led the construction of PHMSA and non-PHMSA pipelines, amine regeneration gas plants, and production batteries.
Since joining the JH team in 2022, Mr. Littlepage has proven himself in the field and now managing all field services. As the Director, his team of construction consultants, manage over one hundred and fifty million in project spend annually. He leverages his decades of experience to foster a service-oriented culture at JH, focused on quality, effective communication, and construction efficiencies.
Mr. Pyland earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from East Texas Baptist University, graduating magna cum laude. With over three decades of experience in quality assurance and inspection in the oil and gas industry, he has held key roles such as Chief Inspector, Senior Construction Manager, and Director of Field Operations. He began his career in the inspection business in 1986 but took a break in the late 90s to be an educator and coach, mentoring young athletes in football and baseball at the high school and collegiate levels. He returned to the energy sector in 2007, bringing his leadership and mentoring skills to the pipeline industry. As Director of Field Operations for Natural Energy Field Services, Mr. Pyland worked closely with clients to meet inspection requirements, staffed and supported inspection teams, and ensured projects were completed safely and efficiently.
As Advisor of Inspection at JH, Mr. Pyland works closely with clients and our inspection team to promote operational excellence and accountability, making him a vital contributor to the company’s success.
Mrs. Arthurs earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Southeastern Louisiana University and her MBA in Project Management from Louisiana State University. She began her professional journey as an Administrative Assistant and quickly progressed through leadership roles at CRC Inc. of LA, including Inside Sales Manager, Procurement Manager, and ultimately, Operations Manager.
Since joining JH in 2021, Mrs. Arthurs has played an integral role in the company’s operations, helping to run the offices, execute projects, and oversee every aspect of the business. She and her team are responsible for managing IT, Accounting, Office Administration, Human Resources, and compliance activities. Mrs. Arthurs is dedicated to fostering efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall success of JH through her leadership and expertise.
